This is the frame only from the rustic sign kit. It is the angled miter cut.

PLEASE NOTE:  Baltic birch and other plywood sold as 6mm, may have some thickness variations and may not fit in the 1/4″ groove. 

  • The frames are 1.75″ x .75″ pine
  • The groove is 5/32″ (fits 3mm or 1/8″ thick backers) or 1/4″ (used for 5.2mm or 6mm)
  • It comes in the mitered corners, as shown in the image
  • Comes with four frame pieces for each kit.
  • The backer is not included
  • An insert needs to be 3/4″ smaller than the overall size of the frame. For example, a 12×12 frame needs an 11.25″ x 11.25″ insert

Description

This is just the frame from the rustic sign kits. You can use this to make things other than a sign, and you can use chicken wire to make an earring holder or attach a shape to make a cute wall hanging. The slots are available in 1/8″ of 1/4″ width. These are pine wood so that they can be painted or stained.
