Frame is mitered 16.5 x 16.5 rustic pine

Backer is 1/4″ birch

The 32 triangles for the design are laser cut 1/8″ birch

Put the sign together then glue the “quilt pieces” onto the backer. You can paint the pieces any color or design you want.
