Craft Dealz Independent Content Creator Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Craft Dealz Independent Content Creator Program (“Program”). By registering for and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Participation in the Program requires acceptance of these Terms during registration.

Participation in the Program allows independent creators to optionally share Craft Dealz products they personally purchase and use. When customers use a creator’s referral link or discount code, the creator may receive referral credits for eligible purchases.

Independent Relationship

Participants in the Program are independent content creators.

Nothing in this agreement creates any form of:

  • Employment relationship
  • Agency relationship
  • Sales representative relationship
  • Partnership or joint venture
  • Authorized reseller status

Creators are not employees, agents, representatives, or authorized sellers of Craft Dealz and have no authority to act on behalf of the company.

Creators do not accept orders, process payments, provide customer service, or otherwise conduct business on behalf of Craft Dealz.

Participation in the Program does not require creators to promote Craft Dealz products, and creators remain free to feature products from any brand.

Creator Content & Creative Control

Creators maintain full control over the content they produce.

Craft Dealz:

  • Does not direct projects or creative content
  • Does not provide scripts or talking points
  • Does not require specific posts or schedules
  • Does not approve content prior to publication

Creators may independently reference Craft Dealz products when it fits their content and projects.

Products & Purchases

Creators obtain Craft Dealz products through normal customer purchases on the website. Any standard pricing or discounts offered to customers may apply.

Participation in the Program:

  • Does not require creators to purchase products
  • Does not require creators to promote products
  • Does not obligate Craft Dealz to provide free products

Any product references are based on the creator’s independent use and experience.

Referral Credits

Creators may receive referral credits when customers choose to use a creator’s personal referral link or discount code.

Referral credits apply to eligible purchases made through Craft Dealz and are calculated based on completed transactions.

Referral credits are calculated using the product subtotal of eligible purchases only and do not include sales tax, shipping charges, gift cards, applied discounts, or other fees.

Referral credits are processed after a holding period to account for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Payments are typically issued during the first week of the month following the holding period. For example, referrals generated in January may be processed during the first week of March.

Referral payouts are issued once a creator’s available balance reaches $100 or more. Balances below this threshold will remain in the creator’s account and roll forward until the minimum payout amount is reached.

Transactions that result in refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be eligible for referral credit payments.

Creators may not refer themselves or earn credits on their own purchases.

Program Approval

Participation in the Program is invitation-only.

Craft Dealz reserves the right to approve or reject any application to the Program at its sole discretion.

Craft Dealz may also remove any participant from the Program at any time.

Program Conduct

Creators participating in the Program agree not to engage in the following activities:

  • False or misleading claims about Craft Dealz products
  • Spam marketing, including unsolicited bulk email or posting
  • Promotion on websites or platforms that promote illegal activity
  • Failure to properly disclose promotional relationships where required by applicable laws or FTC guidelines
  • Violation of Craft Dealz trademarks or intellectual property rights
  • Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions
  • Attempts to manipulate referral tracking systems

Craft Dealz reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Program for any violations of these terms.

Use of Links, Codes, and Promotional Materials

Creators may share their personal referral link or discount code within their content at their discretion.

Creators may use graphics or text provided by Craft Dealz or create their own promotional content, provided it is not misleading or deceptive.

Referral links must direct users to the Craft Dealz website and may not be used to manipulate referral tracking systems.

Coupon and Discount Code Policy

Craft Dealz may provide discount codes to creators for use within their content.

Creators may not:

  • Misrepresent coupon availability
  • Promote unauthorized discounts
  • Use misleading language to imply deals that are not currently active
  • Automatically trigger referral tracking without clear user interaction

Referral tracking must only occur when a user voluntarily clicks a clearly identified link or uses a creator’s code.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

Creators may not engage in pay-per-click advertising using Craft Dealz trademarks or brand terms without prior written permission from Craft Dealz.

Liability

Craft Dealz will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, including, but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of referral credits
  • Tracking interruptions
  • Technical failures
  • Website downtime

Craft Dealz makes no guarantees regarding the performance or earnings potential of the Program.

The Program and Craft Dealz website is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or interrupted at any time.

Term and Termination

This agreement begins when a creator is accepted into the Program and continues until participation is terminated.

Craft Dealz may modify the Program terms at any time.

Continued participation in the Program after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Creators may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Craft Dealz. Upon termination, any eligible unpaid referral credits will be processed in accordance with the Program’s payment terms.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craft Dealz and its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Misrepresentation
  • Failure to disclose promotional relationships
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Misuse of Craft Dealz trademarks or intellectual property
  • Fraudulent or deceptive promotional practices

Electronic Agreement

These Program Terms constitute a legally binding electronic agreement.

By completing the registration process and selecting the acceptance checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. Your electronic acceptance has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
